At digiquirrel.com, we sell digital products (such as templates, downloads, tools, and other non-physical goods). Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds
Since digital products cannot be physically returned and are instantly accessible after purchase, we do not provide refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Compatibility issues (please read product descriptions carefully)
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to download or use the product properly (unless the product itself is defective)
2. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:
We may only issue a refund under the following conditions:
- The digital product is defective or corrupted and you notify us within 7 days of purchase
- You purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded or accessed it
- There was a technical error on our end (e.g., duplicate charges)
Refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case and must include:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot or evidence if applicable
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Chargebacks
